Tally LLC, doing business as SlateLines (“SlateLines,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website slatelines.com (the “Site”) and provides sports betting analysis, picks, sportsbook reviews, and related content (the “Services”). We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Opt Out of Targeted Advertising:

To opt out, adjust your preferences in our cookie consent banner, enable a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or email legal@slatelines.com with the subject line “Opt Out.”

Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

8. Minors

The Site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we do not direct the Site or our marketing to minors. If you believe someone under 21 has provided information to us, contact legal@slatelines.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to sportsbook operators and other third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing them any information.
