Caesars pays you in Las Vegas. Not in bonus bets you have to bet again. In hotel rooms and flights. Six tiers of it, and the top one picks up your airfare and your dinner tab. Every bet climbs the ladder, win or lose.
The short version
Caesars Rewards is the casino loyalty program, and this is the only sportsbook app plugged into it. Every bet earns credits that spend at more than 50 Caesars destinations. The ladder runs six tiers, deeper than anything else here, and it turns properly useful at Diamond. One thing most people never touch: parlays earn at double the rate of straight bets. That is the biggest lever in the whole program.
What we like
- Parlays earn double. A $100 straight bet earns up to 10 Reward Credits. The same $100 on a parlay earns up to 20. You earn either way, win or lose, so a bad Sunday still moves you up the board. If you already bet parlays, this is the program that pays you for a habit you were not going to break anyway.
- Diamond is the tier that actually matters. It takes 15,000 Tier Credits and it is the one I would aim at. No resort fees on any stay, which on a Vegas weekend is real money before you have placed a bet. Free valet and self parking. Caesars will hold you a room in Las Vegas or Atlantic City on 72 hours notice, which matters more than it sounds when a fight weekend sells out. And a $100 celebration dinner.
- Two different fixes for the same bad afternoon. Flex Your Parlay keeps a ticket alive when a leg misses. Bet Reset applies a token that turns a losing wager into a bonus bet. So what does that mean in practice? Your four-leg parlay loses one leg in the fourth quarter and you are not automatically staring at a dead slip.
- Injury Protection costs nothing. Eligible player props are covered automatically. No fee, nothing to activate, no box to tick. Worth checking which of your markets qualify before you build a card, because that is the part the promo page does not spell out.

Getting the most out of Caesars Rewards
Two currencies, and people mix them up constantly. Reward Credits are what you spend. Tier Credits are what you climb with, and the climb is where the money is.
The ladder starts at Gold, which you join by signing up. Platinum is 5,000 Tier Credits and Diamond is 15,000. Above those sit Diamond Plus at 25,000, Diamond Elite at 75,000, and Seven Stars at 150,000.
The top two are where it stops being a loyalty scheme and starts being a holiday. Diamond Elite hands you a $600 airfare credit to Las Vegas once a year. Seven Stars raises that to $1,200, adds a car from the airport, drops a $500 dining folio on top, upgrades you to the best available room at check-in, and gives you a Companion Card so somebody else travels on your status. That is a lot of hotel for a sportsbook account.
One rule to actually put in your calendar. Reward Credits stay valid only while you earn at least one every six months. Miss that window and the entire balance goes, not just the oldest slice. I would set a reminder rather than trust myself to remember.
The app
The Apple listing sits at 4.7 out of 5 across roughly 107,000 ratings, published by Computerized Bookmaking Systems. That is a notch below the others here, on a much smaller ratings base, so I would read it as a smaller crowd rather than a worse app.
What you will actually use: same game parlays, live betting with fast odds updates, and a display that keeps your open bets on the phone screen without opening the app. There is also MLB Daily Swing, a free-to-play prop game that earns rewards without a stake. Casino games sit in the same app where the state allows it.
Worth knowing before you sign up
- The six-month expiry is strict. Earn no Reward Credits in any six-month stretch and the whole balance goes, not merely the oldest part of it. It is the one rule here most likely to quietly cost you value.
- The rewards point at Caesars properties. If you are never going to Las Vegas, Atlantic City or a regional Caesars casino, the top half of this ladder is worth much less to you. The credits still convert to bonus bets, but that is not what the program is built for.
Where you can bet it
Caesars says it operates across more than 30 states and Canadian provinces. If you can bet legally where you live, there is a strong chance Caesars is already there.
How we rate these books
Our scores are editorial judgments, not measurements. They are built from public inputs. We read current app-store listings and each operator’s published terms and promotional rules. We also use public regulatory and operator disclosures. Category scores cover pricing, app quality, banking, market depth and rewards. App Store rating out of 5 taken from the operator’s Apple App Store listing and checked 25 August 2026: Caesars 4.7. Caesars does not currently quote into our live odds board, so unlike our other reviews this one makes no claim about where its prices land. Signup offers change often and differ by state, so we do not list offer terms here. Check the operator’s own site for what is current where you live.
Bottom line
If you spend money in Las Vegas anyway, this is the account that pays you back in the currency you were already spending. Six tiers deep, and the top one buys your flights. If you never go, the bottom of the ladder is ordinary and the top of it is somebody else’s holiday.
