NFL Week 3 Picks: Every Game, Every Bet, September 27, 2026

Fifteen games between Sunday at one and Monday night, a side on every one of them, and six full write-ups. Every pick on this board is a lean this week: I like each side, but none of them has the kind of edge I’d stake. The method is our season projections, using the adjusted number wherever a preview gives two, one point of spread for every projected win, and three points for the home team. Baltimore and Dallas play in Rio, so that game gets no home field. No totals, no parlays.

Thursday Night

Falcons at Packers: we leaned Atlanta plus four and a half. Atlanta didn’t need the points, winning 35-14 outright in Green Bay, so the lean was a winner. Bijan Robinson ran for 194 yards and two scores, which cashed the no-stake parlay too.

Featured Picks

Eagles at Bears (Monday night)

Caleb Williams is out, and Chicago starts Tyson Bagent or Case Keenum, who hasn’t thrown a pass since 2023. Our number was built on Williams, the line has moved five points, and a same-week quarterback change inside ten points is exactly when we override. Take Philadelphia at Kicked off. Lean. Full breakdown →

Rams at Broncos (Sunday night)

Our number says Denver by 1.7 against Rams by two and a half. Puka Nacua didn’t practice and Myles Garrett is on injured reserve. The gap is just over our warning line. Take Denver +2.5 at Kicked off. Lean. Full breakdown →

Texans at Colts

Our number says Indianapolis by 3.2 against Houston by a point and a half. Nico Collins is doubtful, two Houston linemen missed practice, and the line has moved a point toward Indy. Take the Colts +1.5 at Kicked off. Lean. Full breakdown →

Ravens vs Cowboys (Rio)

Our number has this game almost even on a neutral field, against Baltimore by three and a half. Dallas ruled out four defenders, which keeps it small. Take the Cowboys plus the points at Kicked off. Lean. Full breakdown →

Titans at Giants

Our number says Giants by four against two and a half. Jaxson Dart is out for the season and Jameis Winston starts, and the line dropped three points on the news. Take the Giants โˆ’2.5 at Kicked off. Lean. Full breakdown →

Raiders at Saints

Our number says New Orleans by 4.2 against three and a half. The Raiders are 2-0 and Brock Bowers is back at practice, so the edge is under a point. Take the Saints โˆ’3.5 at Kicked off. Lean. Full breakdown →

Every Other Game

One sentence each. 4 of these carry a gap over our four-point warning line, which usually means our August number is missing something, so read those as flags.

  • Kansas City at Miami: our number says even and the board says Kansas City by 10.5. Take Miami +10.5. That’s 10.5 points of daylight, over our four-point warning line, so it’s a lean with a flag on it.
  • Carolina at Cleveland: our number says Cleveland by 1.8 and the board says Carolina by 2.5. Take Cleveland +2.5. That’s 4.3 points of daylight, over our four-point warning line, so it’s a lean with a flag on it.
  • New England at Jacksonville: our number says Jacksonville by 3.8 and the board says Jacksonville by 3. Take Jacksonville โˆ’3. Under two points, a lean.
  • Los Angeles Chargers at Buffalo: our number says Buffalo by 4.9 and the board says Buffalo by 7. Take Los Angeles Chargers +7. A 2.1-point gap, still a lean on this board.
  • New York Jets at Detroit: our number says Detroit by 6 and the board says Detroit by 6.5. Take New York Jets +6.5. Under two points, a lean.
  • Seattle at Washington: our number says Seattle by 1.5 and the board says Seattle by 7.5. Take Washington +7.5. That’s 6 points of daylight, over our four-point warning line, so it’s a lean with a flag on it.
  • Cincinnati at Pittsburgh: our number says Pittsburgh by 5 and the board says Cincinnati by 3.5. Take Pittsburgh +3.5. That’s 8.5 points of daylight, over our four-point warning line, so it’s a lean with a flag on it.
  • Arizona at San Francisco: our number says San Francisco by 7.7 and the board says San Francisco by 8.5. Take Arizona +8.5. Under two points, a lean.
  • Minnesota at Tampa Bay: our number says Tampa Bay by 0.7 and the board says Minnesota by 1.5. Take Tampa Bay +1.5. A 2.2-point gap, still a lean on this board.

Bottom Line

Fifteen picks, fifteen leans, no staked plays on the NFL board this week. Injury news moved four of our featured lines before we could get to them, and the gaps that were left are either too small or too big to trust. Every row here is a pick and every one gets graded on the receipts page. If I had to take one, it’s the Eagles with a backup quarterback starting across from them.
